Between seasons, the JEAgency team takes a hands-on role—visiting stockists, understanding their customer base, and refining brand placement. After deliveries, Joanna or a member of the team offers styling and sales support, helping boutiques elevate presentation and maximise sell-through.

Joanna remains actively involved beyond the core selling season, collaborating with stylists and providing access to samples for campaigns and marketing—strengthening visibility and creating mutual value for designers and retailers within the JEAgency community.
