After more than 30 years representing one of fashion’s most respected international brands, Mark Rowe has launched JEMM Collective Agency—a new venture built on experience, relationships, family values, and a lifelong passion for the fashion industry.

Throughout his career, Mark has built lasting relationships with retailers, brands, and industry partners across the UK and international markets. Known for his approachable nature, commercial expertise, and genuine commitment to the success of his customers, he believes that the strongest partnerships are built on trust, loyalty, and personal connection.

Having spent more than three decades working closely with independent boutiques and major retailers alike, he brings a deep understanding of the ever-evolving fashion landscape and the importance of selecting collections that truly resonate with customers. His experience, market knowledge, and retailer-first approach enable him to identify brands with both commercial appeal and long-term potential.

At the heart of JEMM Collective Agency is a commitment to representing carefully selected brands and creating meaningful partnerships between designers and retailers. More than simply selling collections, Mark works closely with stockists throughout the season, offering ongoing support, sharing market insight, and helping retailers maximise opportunities both in-store and online.
